Horimono Study
This is a personal project in which Takeshi studies the traditional Japanese art style. Reproducing a piece from the Japanese tattoo master, Horiyoshi with gouache paint. This piece pushed Takeshi to analyze the background, patterns, and symbolism associated with horimono, or Japanese tattoos.
